David & Greg came to fix our much loved 'little blue' & brought her back to life! Thank you for saving our 'little blue!'

We are a Parent volunteer Booster Committee has approx. 10 highly-motivated & dedicated Parents. We help with the Band Directors & Band students Quality of Life during Marching & Concert Season each year. The Band would not be successful without the blood, sweat, & tears all Parents provide. Whether it's ensuring your student has the correct shoes, shirt, instrument upon arriving to Band, volunteering as a Chaperone / Concessions or driving 'little blue' every parent plays a vital role in our success!

Represents the MBPA when requested by Douglas Mac Arthur High School faculty and administration. Communicates with executive board members, Director (s) and Parents to coordinate and assist in efforts to successfully implement goaals to enhance the program. Acts as a liaison between the Director (s), Executive Board, Committees Charmen, and Band Parents.

Fundraising committee helps & plans various fundraising events for students to help with funds towards their Spring trips, band fees & with MBPA funds that aides in purchasing snacks/drinks. Various fundraising events are in the works, click below to find out more.

Chaperones: Performs Accountability of all students assigned to their designated School Bus. Escorts & conducts quality checks on students prior to their performance - ensuring all their basic needs are met.
POC: Sonya Moeller
Uniforms: Responsible with check-out/check-in, upkeeping & ordering new uniform items throughout the Season.
POC: Nancy Orosco

Makes band or student signs, passes out goodies, and help boost student spirits through various events. This team works with students to plan student centered events (i.e.: pool party, band banquet, & much more!)

Our Color Guard (CG) Liaison oversees the well-being of our CG team. They are responsible for Accountability, Chaperoning & their Uniforms are on spot!
CG VP: Angela Sparks

This team is a multi-facet crew, made up of Parents, & Student Volunteers who are hand-picked by the Band Directors.
They load & transport all band equipment, as well as ensuring we have our transportation needs are good & running which is required to haul it!
Bonus: Learn how to use a ratchet strap!
Partner Team: Mike & Deanna Schneider

This a crew of 6-12 Parent Volunteers. Events were pre-selected, Parents can volunteer to signup & help the Band sell snack items.

SNACK donations are by the Students grade year:
FRESHMAN: Individually wrapped snacks (cookies / crackers)
SOPHMORES: Individually wrapped mini candies. PLEASE NO CHOCOLATE. (Jolly ranchers, starburst, etc.)
JUNIORS: Gatorade, Powerade, Propel
SENIORS: 2 Cases of Water
